You're making a lot of generalizations and assumptions about what atheists think and believe in your article. Like theists, atheists have a broad range of beliefs and experiences.

Regardless, telling us that we need to believe in God based on your experience of the universe while on a drug trip just comes across to me as ridiculous and patronizing. Even if you don't belong to any particular religion, you're acting no better than Christian evangelicals.
