While I'm grateful for more opportunities to earn money from my readers, I'm curious what this might mean for the future of the partner program. As I've been with the program since the beginning and have seen quite a few changes to it (as well as to publications and the user interface), I hope that Medium will be transparent and forthcoming about future planned changes that might affect our income.
