When I said "sexual anatomy" I was referring to body parts that cannot be seen when you're interacting with others; i.e., genitals and reproductive organs. And body parts do not define whether someone is a man, woman, or nonbinary. Nor does being a man presume sexual attraction to women or vice versa.
