Thanks for your comment, but FWIW I wasn’t really expecting nor entitled to an answer from the author, especially as no actual question was posed. Johnstone is an Australian who focuses her commentary primarily on foreign policy. As a US-American I am directly affected by domestic affairs, including trans-antagonism and anti-black racism that she (along with many of her readers, no doubt) has not experienced first-hand. So that’s what I choose to write about.

Regardless, I am glad that folks are noticing some of my comments on Johnstone’s pieces. Though I need to work on getting more attention paid to my original writing!
