Regarding Jillian Michaels, it's no surprise that a celebrity fitness trainer who gained fame on a show that celebrated weight loss would make critical comments about another celebrity's weight. That doesn't make her comments correct or kind, it's simply not surprising that she would continue to hold that position.
Regarding Lizzo, agreed that she - and everyone else of any size or gender - should be able to wear whatever the hell she wants. If people don't like the way she looks, they aren't required to celebrate her, but they do have the option to keep their mouths shut.
Regarding weight, agreed that having a high amount of body fat doesn't automatically guarantee getting a life-threatening disease, nor does having a low amount of fat guarantee being healthy. Body fat is simply a risk factor, one of many including amount of physical activity, genetics, exposure to toxic elements in the environment, and others.
