Re audio, as others requested when this feature first rolled out, it would be great to have the option to record the audio ourselves. Text-to-speech is a useful feature, but cannot convey many nuances, in poetry for example. Accessibility experts can attest to other limitations.

Regarding the decommissioned avatar row, or "entity bar" as Tony Stubblebine informed us it is called, I'm one of those clamoring for its return. Not sure how you arrived at the conclusion that replacing this with the reverse-chron Following tab "works far better for almost everyone". Can't we have both? I really liked having my stories grouped by author, especially as some of those I follow post multiple stories a day.
