Property crime in San Francisco is indeed high, but violent crime rates are actually lower than average for major U.S. cities.
Regarding the "majority minority" composition of the SFPD, Black cops also uphold white supremacy as policing is inherently racist, as I addressed in another of my linked articles. (I don't expect you to agree with me on this.)
