Nowadays many folks like to include their pronouns in their bios. Perhaps this could be a separate (optional) field in Medium's settings?

Unrelated tech issue: I noticed when making a small change to my bio just now that the change was not immediately visible in my profile header. I then checked in another browser where I am not logged into Medium; change still not visible. Not sure if it's only a problem on my end.
