I've been a writer on Medium since before the partner program first rolled out, and I'm really not impressed with this "newly designed Medium experience".

To echo many of the comments here:

- Having a persistent column alongside our stories featuring the work of other writers is not helpful (if anywhere, this should be at the bottom and not persistent)

- Removing the ability to resize images is really not helpful

- Harder to find the tags on the articles now

Also, I would really like to see a dark mode on the web version. It's not just a design preference in my case; I have switched everything possible to dark mode for medical reasons.
