I can relate to this. Though I haven't been officially diagnosed as autistic, I do have Sensory Processing Disorder. That plus clinical depression, anxiety, and living in the world as a Black trans person have made it increasingly difficult to cope in "normal" environments, even when they attempt to be welcoming and accessible.
