I am also agender, and it bothers me that breasts are so strongly associated with being a woman that it is pretty much assumed that all transmasculine and nonbinary female-assigned people either bind or have top surgery as soon as they can access it. I don't bind and have no desire to have my breasts surgically removed, but I am very conscious about how the shape of my body is perceived by others, particularly as I've gained a fair amount of weight since writing this story:
