Great article. There’s a lot of policing even within the trans community over how we describe our own genders. If a trans person who was assigned male at birth refers to herself as a trans woman, woman, woman of trans experience, transfeminine, and/or transsexual female, all that’s fine with me, as long as she doesn’t insist that all other trans people choose the same description for themselves.
