Glad to see the excellent writer, Devon Price, and my alma mater, Northwestern University, included in this entry. As I commented on Devon's piece, at the time I attended NU (1988-92), the predominant student political bent was apathy. I myself am far more progressive-minded than I was at that time. I hope students and other activists continue to take action toward positive social change, peace, and liberation.
