For the record, in case you didn’t notice, I am also black and queer (though not physically disabled). If you don’t have a problem with being called a “crippled nigger faggot,” so be it. I don’t have to accept that kind of language from anyone. And I neither need nor want a cis person’s opinion of how I can “help” myself or my community, nor what we should do to earn the same respect that cis people take for granted.
