For Spanish I have also seen “-@” used as a gender-neutral substitute for -o and -a endings— as in Latin@, Chican@ — but this only works in writing, not speech. Though I’m agender, I generally resort to using masculine endings when referring to myself in that language, as when forced into a binary gender choice in English I seek to be read as male.
