Congrats on your new position, Tony. I've been a writer on Medium since before the Partner Program rolled out, and thus have witnessed a lot of changes to the site over the years. Along with many other contributors, I've found the latest design of the desktop interface difficult to navigate, and the removal of editing from the mobile app problematic for the many who relied on that functionality. I'm hoping to see these concerns addressed going forward.
