Came here after reading one of your recent posts, and plan to read through the whole series. We're close to the same age; I was 14 in 1984, and also heavily into MTV at that time. I also listened to Casey Kasem count down the top 40 on the radio every week. And whenever my birthday came around I asked for gift certificates to National Record Mart. :-)
