Both. I created a Mastodon account a couple weeks ago, and am enjoying finding a supportive community there. But I'm not planning to delete my Twitter account. I follow no one on Twitter and have not posted there very frequently, but for now I feel it's useful for me to keep my account active for as long as the site remains functional.
