At my previous job, when it was my turn to lead the weekly meeting at our (very) small office, I would come up with some fun icebreakers* that (usually) had nothing whatsoever to do with work. One was, "If you could choose one superhero power, what would it be?" As one who suffers from Sensory Processing Disorder, mine would be to project a cone of silence.

* I don't think we actually called them that, since we were naturally chatty and didn't really need to "break the ice".
