As a Black trans person, I have literally been losing sleep over the erasure of trans people from the Stonewall website, on top of all the other transphobia coming out of Washington this year.

Six years ago, I helped commemorate the 50th anniversary of Stonewall by performing a new choral suite with the Lesbian/Gay Chorus of San Francisco (since renamed to the Queer Chorus of San Francisco).
