Agreed. As a photographer I've often had to explain that I own the copyright to the photos I take, not the subjects. But that doesn't mean those subjects have no rights at all. (On Wikimedia Commons I've added a "Personality rights" template to some of my photos explaining this, though I doubt most people read it.)

Regardless, no one should be allowed to publish or distribute pornographic images or videos of another person without their explicit consent. If that's not a law, it ought to be.
